I refused to pay the £76 that lighter life costs, mine comes in at £49/week and, bizarrely, I'm saving money.
Lunch alone was costing me between £15-20/week alone at the office canteen, add in crisps, fizzy drinks, choc bars, rolls and sausage in the morning plus one and sometimes as many as three takeaways a week.
It all adds up.
Oh and no booze natch!
Judith is doing the diet with me and we're still buying groceries for the kids and making them real meals. All with no appreciable extra expense.
